The day will be a great opportunity to meet with other campaigners in your area and neighbouring counties, find out what is happening with Fairtrade locally and nationally, hear from key note speakers and a Fairtrade cotton producer and attend fun and informative workshops.
To mark the one year anniversary of the Bangladesh garment factory collapse, the event will be attended by a Fairtrade cotton producer representative who will share what Fairtrade means for them and participate in the panel about cotton.
There will also be talk and workshops with a more general focus on Fairtrade as well as a celebration of Fairtrade's 20th Birthday - looking back at the achievements of the past 20 years and a look forward, into the next 20.
The Forum will also hold the election for the East Midlands representative for the Fairtrade Foundation's National Campaigner Committee (NCC). If you would like to find out more about the NCC, please go to
